Phase 1 - Conception

Nick Bowen meets with you and constructs a creative brief identifying your individual
needs, expectations and desired outcomes of the project.
At this Phase Nick Bowen will identify with you the direction of
the project, site structure and navigation options, and any visual references
(such as other websites, designs, articles or photographs) that may help
explain your proposed visual direction. Other issues will also be discussed,
such as existing style guides, corporate logos or policies (if appropriate).
Nick Bowen will then create a production plan/site map, schedule and proposed
outcomes and solutions based on the creative brief, this is then presented
to the client in the form of documentation and presentation.
A quotation estimate is also presented outlining all costs involved in delivery
of your solution. Note. An initial estimate of printing costs is identified
but may be subject to clients choice of stocks and quantities.
You then accept quotation/proposal, and agree to Nick Bowen's Terms
and Conditions and forward an initial (30%) payment.
